Yesterday I get an email from a friend, which makes clear that the future is for people who want to start from the bottom to get to university professors or researchers. The article is as follows:

I'm not math, or Ph.D., or opt for a FPU fellowship or similar type, all these characteristics meet the protagonist of this article, and yet the reality has changed his vocation, he saw that his future was distant and very uncertain.
My main question is what else must be eligible to dedicate professionally and stability to what you like?. This guy has almost everything if not everything, but still true talents are being missed so badly managed that the research world at the Public University.
is a shame that guys like this, have to give up what worked for years to look for stability in the world civil service.
In this country we are pushing that if we want something stable we remove a competition, this is the harsh reality.
